Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by j3pm through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the j3pm platform immediately.

The j3pm platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. j3pm reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of violating this requirement while an investigation is carried out.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the j3pm platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. j3pm will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the j3pm support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users of the j3pm platform agree not to:

• Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under applicable Malaysian law;
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access the platform without prior written authorisation;
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party;
• Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any action that compromises the integrity of the games or platform systems;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is harmful, defamatory, or in violation of applicable law;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice and without refund of any remaining balance, subject to our decision at our sole discretion.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the j3pm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX and approved e-wallets. j3pm does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not responsible for any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider.

Withdrawals will be processed to a verified Malaysian bank account. j3pm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or where suspicious account activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and internal verification procedures. j3pm does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

J3pm reserves the right to freeze or hold transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or breaches of these terms until an investigation is concluded.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability: The j3pm platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. j3pm does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure from cyber threats. In no event shall j3pm's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property: All content on the j3pm platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of j3pm and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links: The j3pm platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. j3pm does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site and is not responsible for their content or services. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure: j3pm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for operational and security reasons. Where an account is legitimately closed for reasons unrelated to user violations, any remaining balance will be returned following the appropriate verification process.

Changes to Terms: j3pm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Laws: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the j3pm platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for adjudication.
